I am a new customer. How can I view pricing and place orders?

New customers should visit https://radhardsolutions.com/ and request an account to access pricing and place orders. 

 

How can I check in stock product?

What forms of payment may I use?

The website supports numerous payment options through Braintree, including credit card, debit card, Venmo (U.S. only), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. 

 

Is there a service charge to use a credit card?

You will not be charged an additional fee if paying via credit card through our online store. Orders placed manually (working directly with a customer service representative through email or phone) may be subject to a service charge when paying via credit card.

 

Can I use my own shipping account for the shipping costs?

No, that option is not currently available when ordering online. 

 

What is the order acknowledgment process?

Order acknowledgements are sent directly from the customer care team via email once the order is fully processed and scheduled. The order acknowledgement includes scheduled lead time and shipment receipt dates. The average turn around time is 7 business days. 

 

Will I receive tracking information and shipment alerts?

Cobham Colorado Springs does not use automatic shipment alerts. Please visit our Contact Us Page to request shipment notifications and tracking information. Customers will receive notification if there is a delay in shipment that impacts the expected delivery date listed on the order acknowledgement. 

 

Can my order by expedited for a fee?

Order additions are allowable prior to the order acknowledgment or start date of work at no additional cost. Once an order acknowledgment is complete and/or the product started in our line, additional products cannot be added and a new order must be submitted.
